Part of the Ridge Street Historic District, this house claims a presence in what is considered the most intact historic section in Charlottesville. Tocci performed an external restoration that included custom rebuild of front porch columns.

This is a beautiful 170 acre farm located in Barboursville, VA. Tocci performed ongoing multi-building agricultural and residential restoration and repair.
Moe's Original BBQ

In 2019, TMA completed a full exterior overhaul at 200 2nd Street SW in preparation for the arrival of the newest member in the family of Moe's Original BBQ's.
ReadyKids
Located at 1000 E. High Street and completed in 2019. TMA collaborated with R.E. Lee, to provide framing, as well as exterior and interior details for a 2-part addition to the existing ReadyKids building in Charlottesville.
Regal Cinema
Tocci performed updates to the Regal Cinema on Route 29 in Charlottesville in 2019, installing wood finishes on columns and ceiling.
